Product development and design
Linconn Electronics has a professional R&D and design team. After scheme review and price confirmation, it can enter the development stage. We will design a preliminary draft of the product based on the objective requirements of the customer's usage environment, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, current, voltage, size, as well as the customer's quality performance level, product positioning, and other requirements, combined with the product production and assembly process. We will fully discuss and communicate with the customer to make modifications and improvements until the final draft is finalized. It is the ideal choice for your domestic substitution and customized solutions for new products.
Mold design and development
Chuante Electronics can design and develop customized molds based on drawings and make molds. They can use professional engineering analysis techniques (tolerance analysis, failure mode analysis) and simulation software (finite element analysis, mold flow analysis) to avoid design errors, ensure product functionality meets specifications, and effectively shorten development time. They can quickly submit the design solutions you need, thereby reducing the cost of mold repair caused by trial and error.
Sample preparation and testing acceptance
Linconn Electronics can proceed with sample assembly after the mold and spare parts are accepted as qualified. Our samples are produced by professional engineers and sample teams. The samples will undergo sufficient reliability verification in the laboratory, and after passing the verification, they will be sent to customers. After the sample has been tested and tried by the customer, if there are any problems, we will fully discuss with the customer, propose improvement and upgrade plans, and resend the sample until the customer acknowledges that the sample is qualified.
Batch import and mass production
Before the samples approved by Linconn Electronics enter mass production, Linconn Electronics process engineers will design assembly processes, fixtures, and even professional equipment, formulate SOP/SIP, and the quality department will prepare a quality control plan. After strict first article inspection and inspection, they can enter stable mass production. During production, if any discrepancies are found with the drawings or samples, the production line will be immediately shut down for review until it is improved and qualified.

Connector mold
The first step to making a good connector is to have a good mold. Linconn Electronics uses optical grinding machines, mirror spark machines, and imported milling machines for processing, with high precision and tolerances less than 0.01. The product materials involve plastic injection molding, glass sintering, powder metallurgy, and alloy die-casting, and are widely used in high demand fields such as industrial control equipment, medical devices, aerospace, etc.

Pin sockets
Chuante Electronics' pin sockets are processed automatically by CNC lathes, and are particularly skilled in manufacturing high-precision and complex shaped pin sockets. 20+units of various types of equipment, capable of processing materials such as brass, phosphor bronze, tin bronze, red copper, beryllium copper, and stainless steel. It can produce sockets such as pogo pins, crown springs, torsion springs, claw springs, and wire springs. The surface treatment methods include gold plating and silver plating. Stable clamping force, low contact resistance, and high insertion and extraction lifespan.

Connector housing
Chuante Electronics has over 40 types of milling and turning composite three-axis five axis CNC lathes, which can process materials such as stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc. I am particularly skilled in processing connector housings with high precision and complex shapes. The maximum diameter of the processing size can reach 100mm, and surface treatment can be customized according to customer requirements. The salt spray time can reach 1000 hours.

Chuante Electronics has 10+assembly lines, 2 fully automatic pin insertion machines, 3 dispensing machines, and 2 laser marking machines. Each series of connectors is strictly assembled according to SOP and professional clamping fixtures, with 100% appearance, matching, electrical testing and inspection. The company has obtained certifications such as ISO90001, ISO40001, CE, RECH, UL, etc.

Cable components
Chuante Electronics can also provide further deep processing for equipment manufacturers or solution companies, and make cable components into finished products that can be purchased in one stop. We have a complete cable processing technology from automatic wire cutting and stripping, welding, riveting, forming inner and outer films, to electrical testing. I am particularly skilled in making waterproof wiring harnesses and can customize IP68, IP69K, and deep-sea wiring harnesses. There are over 30 types of equipment including automatic wire cutting machines, welding machines, terminal riveting machines, vertical forming machines, cable testing machines, and coiling machines.
